Our working method
To safeguard our international position, DRC works according its standard procedures. Depending on customer's request these procedures can be adjusted.
Project management
The entire project, from product selection to delivery and service, is managed by one project manager. As a result the project manager is fully knowledgeable of all occuring matters within its own project. This optimises the relation with the client, manufacturers and other parties involved during the entire project.
Product selection
DRC has an up-to-date and extensive sourcing capability through an extensive library including more than 10.000 different manufacturers of equipment and technical supportive documents. Our computer systems, developed by our own qualified technical engineers, support this wold-wide sourcing ability. We have contacts with the majority of international manufacturers in the medical field. Our well-trained project managers work together with our manufacturers to select the right products which comply with the specifications of our customers.
Packing, transport and installation
After verifying the technical conformity with the clients' requirements the equipment is tested by our quality assurance department. Per item supplied, DRC keeps a library with technical and service manuals, as to enable us to assist any of customers' future technical questions. If required so, we will re-pack the goods lot-wise and per site in suitable packing for sea and air freight and additional road transport to the final destination(s).
After arrival of the goods, our technical engineer(s) will visit the final destination(s) for the installation of the goods supplied under the contract. All test and work certificates will be handed over to the end-users.
Training
Our technical engineers are capable if rendering basic training courses enabling the end users to use equipment to its full extend. This training course includes start-up of operation, functioning of the equipment, use of consumable (if applicable), simple maintenance and trouble shooting. If required, clincal training will be organised in cooperation with the manufacturer of the equipment, but always under DRC's management. Furthermore, technical training for technicians are part of our services.
Maintenance & After sales service
When a full technical back-up is required for the correct functioning of the equipment, our own technical staff supported by our local representatives and engineers will arrange preventive and corrective maintenance during the warrantee period. A 24-hours spare parts desk is available for urgent deliveries.
